The I Dof Mati winery, which in the dialect of our area means
‘The two girls’, is an ambitious project born in 2016 from the courage and madness of two young friends: animated by their passion for good wine and the rediscovery of agricultural land and its best traditions, they have given new life to an old vineyard and abandoned land in Ghemme and Sizzano, thanks to the cultivation of native vines of Alto Piemonte, such as Nebbiolo, Vespolina and Erbaluce.
